I cannot believe that it has been two months since I last updated my website! Life has been crazy, internet has been unpredictable, and HE has remained faithful!

So I will give you a brief update on my life...
I received medical clearance after 4 months in the states. I time that I absolutely cherished with my family and friends! I said goodbye to my Aunt Kermie, reconnected with family through my cousin's wedding, and welcomed a new little niece into the world! It was an incredible time and I thank each of you for loving on me while I was in the states! Especially you, chick-fil-a who always provided me with coupons via my dad or woody, so that I could eat your delectable chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, diet dr pepper, and ice dream cones each week!

Upon arriving back into Colombia, I was welcomed by the other m's here and the heat! I spent my first weeks here exhausted just because of the level of heat that I really was not use to...as the weather was changing into perfect fall weather in TN before I left! I visited each ministry site to see and hear all about what HE has been doing here.

And then I headed off to Cali, to visit my two friends who are now in seminary there. It was great reconnecting with them, talking in their classes, getting to know their friends, and just pryng with them and encouraging them! The enemy decided to show himself during my trip there and really has not left me alone since. I expected it but not in the form that he hit me but I PRAISE HIM for your faithful pryrs and support!

When I came home, I welcomed a team of 67 volunteers  and served alongside of them for a week in different schools using soccer to evangelize. It was a neat time getting to know other "family" members and hearing how HE has changed their lives. HE also opened up several doors that one of the local leaders wants me to follow up with...these public schools actually are inviting me in to speak HIS Truths and teach their kids! Pretty exciting to see what HE is going to do!

I have yet to be given permission to go out to visit Palenque. And while arriving here with such a passion and such vision from HIM, only to be told that you probably won't go out there this year...it was a hard blow! But HE is constantly opening up doors for me to share each and every day!

I know that most of you know that I live in a nice area of town and have been asking for opportunities to serve here in my complex. In reality the people here are not interested in HIM and think they don't need HIM...they are the wealthier people in this city! But through my little pup, Brody, HE has just opened doors up right and left. They have accepted me and know what I do and WHO I live for and still want to spend time with me. They call me their C M friend and have all kinds of questions for me. In fact just this past Sunday, I spent 2 hours in a conversation about DAD, JS and HS! Please pry for wisdom and HIS Words as they ask me tough questions...and pry for boldness as I speak HIS Truths to them in love! I am excited to watch HIM get a hold of their lives and for them to completely surrender to HIM and HIS WILL! Can you imagine what HE will do?

I have spent several weeks on my knees, reading and studying about Palenque, working on papers/exams for my seminary classes, reconnecting with friends/workers, and just being HIS Light where ever I go!

Kerri came to visit me for 5 days, last week and it was such a blessing! It is a bit lonely here without my two closest friends but HE sent her just at the right time for the both of us! It was great to hear about her life, pry with her, worship with her, help plan parts of the wedding, and just be silly sisters! Please continue to lift her and Felipe up as they have 5 weeks until they enter into the marriage pact with The Father! Ask for wisdom as they finish counseling, get an apt, begin their new roles as husband and wife, and for direction for their ministry!

I think that you should be about caught up with my life now. Today, I am working on my paper that is due next week for my OT class, discipling a youth, and hopefully going to have a movie night with the Paul's. Tomorrow we have a youth meeting to pry and talk about the work and where HE is leading the sports ministry. Of course, we should all be excited to watch the cardinals beat the rangers!!

I will do better I promise on keeping this updated...my internet has been repaired along with a lot of things in my house that were not working when I arrived here!
